Tom Velour

Nu-disco for the hours between midnight and sunrise. Filtered disco loops, bouncing basslines and a falsetto that won't go home.

Velvet Hours

One long night, from midnight to sunrise, told by Tom, who watches everyone and ends up right in the middle of it. The velvet hours are the hours when everything feels soft and possible.

Every track is a time of night.

About Tom

Tom Velour's songs happen between midnight and sunrise: on the dance floor, behind the velvet rope, in the living room when the music is too loud. Filtered disco loops, bouncing basslines and a bright, laid-back voice with a falsetto turn it into pop for dancing and grinning.

He's the one who watches: the guy in sunglasses behind the rope, the couple who won't go home at five. He teases a little, never mean. And in the end he's the romantic who doesn't want the night to stop.

Velour is velvet: soft, shiny, a little seventies.
